hey hey....made sambal ikan just then...it was so good! : ) though my nails are now yellow from the tumeric : ( ...but it's all good...
AND! i actually did the sensible thing and used a plastic over my left hand when i was cutting the chillies...they're now burn-free! ; )
the last time i cut a whole bunch of chillies, being the idiot that i am, i "thought" i could handle it..so i just carried on cutting the chillies with my bare hands...i think we all know what happened...
i still remember looking up Yahoo Answers on how to reduce the burning...hahahaha...it felt weird when i typed....my fingers felt like they were going to explode..they became bigger too..i think....
maybe it was just my imagination...
