took me the whole day to do...

the dough was made last night...refrigerated then went through the process of 'book fold' today...the rolling took SO long...
how early do those bakers wake up in the morning?!

the icing didn't spread nicely for the first batch(behind)...btw that's not burnt, it's the cinnamon : P (bloody perfectionist)
taste? it's soooo good!!! seriously...they taste like the really expensive ones you buy at the bakeries! it takes such a long time but it's worth it! great recipe...it's a keeper : )
